My manager was great, very supportive and taught me alot not just about work but about life as well.

Dislikes

The top management is not great. A few partners like Nagesh, Supreet and Saket are really nice people. But the company is run by an egomaniac, who will only talk to you if your results and revenue are good. Good place to spend a year maybe, if you are doing well maybe some more time.

Career path gets limited to Exec Search or Talent Acquisition, if you stay long.
