NISG works as a project consultant for various state and central government department, i have learn a lot as i was deputed on the client site and during my tenure i have completed various project. Any one who wants to learn how government function this is a great place to work.

There is lesser chance of growth , everything is depend on client, maximum job is of contractual nature for which NISG doesn't hold any control some time getting issue during exit due to reluctant behavior of end client, therefore be cautious always work as per client and treat this job as temporary stay and leave it within a span of 2 to 3 years.

Nisg is manpower hiring agency for state govt department. Post hiring they have nothing to do with employees. Hiring is on contract. You remains at mercy and legacy of the state govt you are hired.

Their is no hierarchy. SPOC nominated in your state by NISG at your level will be your untold reporting manager. SPOCs hired are basically the goons in state to take care of govt officials unsolicited work. Either you follow them or get sacked. Their is huge discrimination for outside state people. They will treat you hell and you will get suffocating to end up leaving and paying huge amount of notice period of 3 months....Read More

This is a Lal type company to work, they will not give you salary on time saying they haven't received it from the client. Nothing is there, they are just working as a HR who is paying you , other than that you even can't approach to anyone.
