In my 14 years of carrier I have never been work such a pathetic office and work culture. Entire office is a political hub except work. Technical department is like a dumb department. Technical heads are most incompetent in terms of knowledge, teamwork, project management etc. In entire office no hierarchy maintained except top level. The mind of the employees is that they are senior because they are old employees irrespective of designation. I am not suggesting any one for this organization....Read More
