Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And not good for freshers because of there is no training for freshers.

Work Details

It's struggling for freshers and no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Naresh I Technology is good for learning basics of programming languages and you can also work on proto type projects related to real environment.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
