Always forces for admissions, payments for competency based exams, college conversions, (not all the children's are good with their learning skills and knowledge but in this school they treat everyone same who cannot achieve those standards), timings so bad they will make us to work even after the evening timings and Sundays, which we have to spend with our family,

For Teachers: 1) Along with teaching, there is a lot of additional workload. 2) The timings from 8:15 to 3:30 are only for show; they can even be extended further. 3) You are given 7 to 8 periods of classes in one day, where the total number of classes is 8. 4) Since this is a CBSE board, it's not just about following NCERT; you also have to use their own books. 5) There is no respect for teachers. 6) The school management was completely messed up when I joined. 7) At the time of joining, they don't mention that you'll have to teach classes for students preparing for JEE mains and advanced exams (which start as early as class 6). 8) There is no concept of flexibility, neither in completing the syllabus nor in granting employee leaves. 9) They don't provide the salary as per the work done. 10) There's even comparison among teachers. 11) Your checked copies and answer sheets are rechecked by another teacher to point out where you went wrong (this is a good thing). and much more...Read More

In my view School is a temple.Any school is a temple.And the teachers are the worshipper of this temple.Till wherever I made my study I always think after mother The God lives in school.Thats it.

At present teachers are very roudy.They think they know everything. But in my view knowledge and learning never ends till my death. I can learn from a kids also.But nowadays system became terrible.That I dislike most.
