Owners are good. Team management is good. For fresher good company. Work life is good .

Dislikes

Cons: Freshers training. Salary management. No refrals and bonuses will be given to you. If you have only 1 or 2 year experience. They tell client 4.5 or 5 years experience and schedule your interviews if not cleared then ask why did not it is cleared.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We will definitely review and make the necessary changes in the policies. As far as salary management is concerned, please let your HR team know if any clarification is required. Generally, we have 2 types of bonuses here - Referral and Retention. Apart from that, any other kind of bonuses are declared from time to time. Retention bonus - is given after completion of a certain time period which is mentioned in offer/increment letter. In case an employee is getting any hike before the said period then that bonus gets terminated and a new increment gets applied. But while giving increment, the Company does consider the sacrifice retention bonus and give a considerable amount in the consequent increment. Referral bonus - is given once employee's reference completes 6 months of service with Nanostuffs. If the referee (employee who refers) or reference (employee who is referred by the employee) leaves the company before 6 months then the bonus is not applied. You can contact your HR or RM for other clarifications.
