Nothing to like about the company. Only good thing is that if you can sustain few months in the company then you can work in any disastrous situations but you will be able to work abroad for few months of deputation.

Firing employees with no reason, bond agreement for 3 years and if you break the bond then you would pay almost complete salary that you earned while working at the company, micro management, defame people, treats employees very horribly, cheap politics, worst CEO and management and lot more t o describe</mark>....Read More

They Don't treat employees correctly. Hire and Fire policy. No ethical values over employees. Fires without any notice period or salary.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
