Nothing to like about the company. Only good thing is that if you can sustain few months in the company then you can work in any disastrous situations but you will be able to work abroad for few months of deputation.

Dislikes

Firing employees with no reason, bond agreement for 3 years and if you break the bond then you would pay almost complete salary that you earned while working at the company, micro management, defame people, treats employees very horribly, cheap politics, worst CEO and management and lot more to describe.

I think I don't like anything.. They will terminate you for no reason. I recommend you guys not to step in the nalsoft private limited. It may spoil your carrier in middle of the journey.

Nothing. They are a fraud organization. They make huge promises at first and then they deny it after sucking the juices out of the new employee. Mr Santosh Kumar and Miss Jyothi (HCM Head) are two of the worst people i have ever met. Miss Jyothi only prefers south speaking employee and treats other north indians terribly. She is racist and thinks is a great leader but is not. Worst definition of a mentor.

Worst organization with the worst mentors. Poor work culture where employees are treated as robots.

1.Very unprofessional management 2.Worst ceo. If good employee decides to leave then ceo himself threatens you on feedback to your prospective employers and show the hell during notice period 3. None of the management has MNC work exposure 4. No HR policies and policies change from person to person 5. No work life balance. Alternate Saturday off but you end up in getting working full month 6.management treats the employees as labor 7. on the floor firings common in this company 8. No standard appraisal, cast based company
