Some managers will play some politics with other teams. Managers should change their mindset. In recent times I observed some good changes in them and management should also focus on business ideas and market strategies.

Welcome to Nala Robotics, where the work culture is like a reality TV show — minus the fun. Internal politics runs wild, micromanagement is an Olympic sport, and direction is as elusive as a unicorn. Salaries? Think of them as “surprise gifts” — delayed, incomplete, or simply vanished.Promises of "variable pay" are like fairy tales, disappearing after a year. Leaving? Good luck getting your full salary or notice period pay. Oh, and don’t expect a leave policy — just work those 18-hour days without overtime. Legal obligations like Provident Fund? Who needs them? Performance reviews and raises? Those are for other companies. Management is as engaged as a sleepwalking zombie, with no plan in sight. High turnover? Yep, it's like a revolving door. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
