Nala Robotics, along with its film production arm, AK Entertainments, is a complete disaster of mismanagement, broken promises, and an utter lack of accountability. The company pours money into flop movies while blatantly neglecting to pay its employees, failing to contribute to their Provident Fund, and leaving them in a constant state of financial uncertainty. Internal politics run wild, micromanagement is rampant, and with no clear leadership or direction, employees are left in a constant state of confusion and frustration. Salaries are always delayed, performance bonuses are a myth, and resigning often results in walking away with unpaid dues.
