I have worked almost 5 years in that company. Friendly and co-operative work culture. I got lots of knowledge of different frameworks and I did custom code and mostly works on the third party CRM. This is very good company and it's works together like as a family members.

The CEO at this company is completely detached, never bothering to communicate with employees and often speaking negatively about them. The operational manager is incredibly rude and condescending, making the work environment unbearable. Freshers are thrown into the deep and without any training and are expected to handle a ridiculous amount of work. HR is no better, responding with blatant hostility and snide remarks to every query. To top it all off, they are demanding that employees work unpaid until projects, despite imposing grueling 11-12 hour workdays. Even after all this, the CEO and operational manager have the nerve to criticize employees for poor performance. They expect workers to be available around the clock without offering any overtime pay and show a blatant lack of respect for employees, turning a toxic work situation into an absolute nightmare....Read More
