Colleagues are good. And food provided by office.

Dislikes

Toxic culture. Dictating culture. No strategies, creativity allow. Every 15 minutes work report. Can't talk. Can't use phone. Can't be late 2-3 minutes even. Can't use washroom near and after break No skill enhancement and growth. No professionalism No salary growth.
