We can understand end to end businesses logic of payment gateway and if you are good in your work you can expect good hike more than industry standard also possible

No difference between work and personal life, company has to improve work like balance especially when we are working from home.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
