I don't know if you caught this, but I said. There is a lot of stress in this job. The reason for that is OTC PRODUCT. The most important of which is MSS (15,000). An MSS must active for every month. This is where they spend their entire salary. As a result, many are tempted to leave their job. Do something for these employees if you can. This is the only truth you do not know what was said. Culture is good. They offer many compensation and foreign tour if you achieve the goal they set. They most good thing is they give posting near to your home

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
