I liked working with Muthoot Finance in every way. But i used to work in Muthoot 8 yrs ago. As i got married and shifted to other city so i was forced to quit my job from my family. As it was an excellent experience working with the company, now again i want to work with the same.

I went to Kolkata Regional Office and personally talked to Senior Regional Manager. He remember and identified me for my hard work. But this company is so rigid and stubborn in their policy\. They say that they don't give chance to ex-employees. This is the worst part of the company.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
