Likes

Too much politics and it was undergoing alot of change management cycles. Things are pretty slow and working environment is not so good.

Attitude of co worker is the only problem I faced mainly.

Work Details

I worked during the covid start time and like many other firms , there was less balance. Can't blame management for the same since they were also facing such issues for the first time

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
