There is nothing to like about this organisation. It's the worst place to work. Better be unemployed than work here and spend money to fix your mental health.

1. Just anyone is managing anything. There is no seriousness about ownership of projects. 2. Random and ancient egomaniacs as if they are the wisest and very important people in data science. Literally, nothing smart comes out of their mouth. 3. It's an extended college project where college extracurricular activities are given weightage than actually working. And even in that, they are horrible. 4. Boasts of free food, infested with maggots. The employees often circulate images of worms in salad and rice within the organisation. That was enough for me. 5. There are people who have committed suicide, got sexually harrassed, and we keep getting emails and LinkedIn posts from frustrated ex-employees. The HR department (led by a very sad and depressed leader) blames the victims instead. They offenders are still working in Mu Sigma. 6. There are no learnings and growth here. It's just a huge waste of time and energy if you work here. 7. You have to be at office for close to 9 hours. And if you're short by even 30 mins of punching time, half day gone for you. 8. 19 years old company, and their employee policies have never been updated. 9. Delusional employees who believe they are working with Fortune 500 companies it seems. 90% of their work doesn't even see sunlight. 10. Carpets stink, bathroom stink, no place to sit in office, no clean place to keep your food. 11. I was forced to write a good review about them on Glassdoor, apparently they shamelessly delete all bad reviews about Mu Sigma. 12. The BGV department harrasses women for petty things.
