The motivation of the young employees at associate/ trainee decision scientist level is simply fantastic. They're driven to achieve, and have a great work ethic. Because the attrition rates are so high, there is good opportunity for growth. The open office also encourages thought sharing, employee mixing and overall networking. Lackof much hierarchy is great and employees are able to question and learn. Work life balance is non existent though with work timings not allowing for brains to be at their optimum and leaving almost zero time for social interaction outside of work. Dislikes

Salaries are not appropriate for the work done and employees can barely save at their most important earning and investing time of their young lives. While there is little politics, there is an absolute lack of people management. This contributes to the ridiculous employee turnover rates of 30% which is high even for a management consulting firm. And where experience is unable to be gathered, client experience suffers. The leadership leaves much to be desired in terms of inculcating a sense of employee satisfaction or loyalty.
