Favoritism,Partiality.In this company Partiality and favoritism plays a important role.Even though employee don't have any technical knowledge or communication skills he can service in this company with very good hike . They will not give chance to learn new technology even though the employee has capability to learn. Don't join in testing team .you don't have job satisfaction.
