Likes

It was good experience with IT team and overall MTU India.

Salary - Excellent
Promotions - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

If you are on payroll of that company MtU India then its good for you and also having benifits. But mostly they hire contract basis so its not secure and less salary and benifits. Overall work culture is good and same fir everyone.

Skill development - Bad
Job security - Poor
