You will meet some good people here. While there is always a blend of people in each organization, MTAP is diverse and functions in multiple cities across India. The team size isn't too large hence there is a lot of communication between all the employees. Reaching to the senior management directly isn't an issue as they're always there to get constructive criticism. There are plenty of growth opportunities within the organization if you work towards them. Work-life balance is great. Based on the current scenario of WFH the entire while of Covid, there isn't much that was noticed.

My work includes finding corporate clients in the domestic market specifically in the work location. It is an end to end sales role which includes meeting different people at large companies and acquiring the client (closure).

The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career. Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable payout as compared to other peers.
