MSR IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a B graded small company with horrible management system. There is no fixed salary credit date. Terrible job security. No medical insurance. They do not deposit employee's PF on time. As per company's so called HR policy FnF amount is payable after 45 days from the last working day but they don't followtheir own rules & regulations. Ex-employees have to follow up with them thousand times then you can get your FnF amount after 1 year's of time. You will get very bad behavior from HR & operation manager. If you go to company's director, they will not respond. Because of their poor management system they are loosing their client's projects one by one & employees are getting jobless....Read More

Very bad culture in terms of transparency. Tenure people from other departments including front desk admin and housekeeping think they are owners of the company. Eg Badal Mondal, Jayanta, Kaushik, Pankaj. Management is reluctant to do anything for themselves or the employees. Eg of bad manager Abhishek Pradhan. No transport available anymore.
