I have worked more than 10 years in the group, the Group culture is good and company/management is giving full freedom towards achieve the management goals so who can have good potential, i recommend this is one of the best company to choose

There is no job security, work culture is worst, all VP level employees are under educated and they felt job insecurity always. They always tried to convince the promoters by oiling them. There is not any strong company policies, all policies are changes by the influence of near and dear of promotors.
