The only good thing about MSN Labs is that it gives opportunity to anyone and interviews are pretty easy. Food and Transportation facility is available.

Dislikes

1-If you're a fresher and want to work in R&D, don't even think about MSN Labs. First of all there will be a bond for 3 years and if you're experienced, join only if you have no other options in the world. 2-More than 90% Employees speak Telugu and very few knows English. 3-Work is like labour or machine. 4-This company is not employee centric at all. 5-You need to work at night and sometimes 2 shifts in a row. 6-You've to do the work of Lab assistant and casuals. 7-Too much pressure. 8-After working here you'll start hating your subject. 8-You need to submit your phone before entering the office. Employees are not allowed to carry phone inside. 9-HR and security guards have inappropriate behaviour. 10-Entering and exiting time check ups, to see if employees have stolen anything. 11-You need to work on Saturday and Sunday if they want. 12-Normal office hours 9 - 6:15. Which is against the laws. 13-Non-Cooperative staff. 14-Location out of city in a remote area. 15-No outings, No skill development training. 16-HR people don't even know about LinkedIn....Read More

Work Details

Labour work and need to cover the work of other staff, like Seniors, Lab assistant and casuals. They think of their employees as machines.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
