Dislikes: no growth can be expected from this company.(both professionally or even as a human) the HR department are there for just numbers.. none of the have any skill or proper education or good communication skills, In the name of modernizing the company none of them follow ethics mainly the HR heads. unplanned implementations just to show they are doing something. But it disturbs a person who is actually doing an important task than logging into some app. not even one good knowledge person is assigned to help with it everyone will send you to one or the other person to ruin you time. I would recommend a knowledge test by the CMD to everyone in the HR department from a trainee to the Head of the department in basic communication, excel skills , what basic HR terms actually mean, how to guide the sub ordinates, how to not treat employees like shit and throw your tantrums ...clear communication......Read More

Very bad office culture. It is not a listed company, so the owner does whatever they feel like. Making all sorts of new and stupid rules to harass the employees. You are not allowed to go out before time. If you do, you need to get a signed pass from your manager, I mean is this a school. What kind of a company does that.
