I found the company's approach to hiring and onboarding candidates with a lack of zero transparency, misleading communication, and an overall disappointing experience. I urge future candidates to ensure they have all the information before committing to this company. pls check the past employee reviews. Be aware of the nature of therole offered. Heads-up. The agents on the floor are taking back-to-back 90-120 calls, and they also have to pitch for sales, also monitoring hourly calls report to meet hours calls target, which makes it even more hectic. The infrastructure isn't great either—they only have one restroom for the entire floor, which is tough to manage. Plus, the training they provide isn't up to standard.
