Company should work on creating value for employees and employees should be considered as assets and not as just resources. Though working hours are fixed, it gets extended due to work load. Working on Saturdays has to be optional and paid too. Salaries shall be offered considered experience too and not just based on previous package as many people had faced salary deduction due to covid pandemic and remained underpaid....Read More
