Mott MacDonald Group wise is a big company, adapted new technologies

Dislikes

Lot of discremination in certain Offices for promtions and appraisals. Worked for almost 6yrs in same position and Grade and also salaries were reduced multiple times in certain offices. Even though being a employee owned company, the group treat this as a business and sold some branches without consent of staff and have not provided an option for internal movement i.e. to other branch location where they have requirement of staff....Read More
