In my experience, I had a negative encounter with the company culture in Noida, particularly while working under the facility head, Mr. Saurabh Bhatia. Hes exhibited behaviors that were concerning, as he didn't provide adequate support to his team and was involved in political maneuvering to protect his own position. Furthermore, there were allegations of Mantally Torture towards female employees. It's essential to address these issues and prioritize a healthy work environment. My concerns are not directed at the entire MOTT MacDonald FAMILY." "This individual primarily prioritizes their self-interest and often criticizes team members to gain favor with higher-ups, rather than providing guidance as a good leader should. I observed that this person negatively impacted the overall work environment in the Noida office, which ultimately led to my decision to leave my job.
