1. The job security is completely dependent on the reporting manager, the company says that it is ethical and its practice are ethical but in reality it is not so. 2. Non supportive management. 3. Raise a genuine issue they won't provide a resolution and start questioning on your performance.

They shout out proudly being ethical but they are not.. nobody supported me despite whistle blowing... was offered to switch the project but I preferred to resign and move apart.
