1) Very selective project bidding in Transport and Railway sector. 2) Higher management mostly MM veterans. Management not so open for outsiders. 3) Management very conservative towards there set standards, not open for any changes w.r.t change in market etc. 4) Staff annual evaluation process termed as " Competency Tracker Assisment" which is a non logical evaluation. 5) Management not open to new ideas new line of business etc which would at times be beneficial w.r.t emerging market trends. 1. The job security is completely dependent on the reporting manager, the company says that it is ethical and its practice are ethical but in reality it is not so. 2. Non supportive management. 3. Raise a genuine issue they won't provide a resolution and start questioning on your performance.

Nothing as such, only promotions take little more time for those who is not much talkative, not highlighting himself/herself consistently in front of mgmt. Person who doesn't involve much in other activities other than work, won't get recognition that much.

Company culture is very nice, supportive people and HR policies are good many benefits other than mentioned in offer letter. Work flexibility is there extra activities are there. Complete UK culture is in making.

They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.

Dislikes

There are many. I have also did some mistakes, some of them I already know before I joining with them. So it is not their fault alone. If you are joining please discuss with your manager and clear all your doubts. It is my personal experience and it shouldn’t be same for others.
