I joined Motivity as a fresher, and during my time here, I've had the opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies. I am disappointed with my experience at Motivity. While working on the IVIS Configuration project, I was moved to the bench, and after a month, I was unexpectedly laid off without any prior notice. This approach is unfair, especially for freshers or those with only 2 years of experience. Poor management No WFH, if you ask, they will suggest you to take leave Lay offs even if you are in projects sometimes They use you till project ends and throw you away if you are not billable Poor technical architects
