Its a good place to work but just for the people who would like to make their career in callings and sales. Weekly sessions for motivating the employee. Thats it and nothing good much about thr company.

The very genueine review i am gonna give. Cells phones are need to be kept in locker form morning 9 to 6 as their is the trust issue that employees can pass on market information to the outsiders. You cant even have a cinverstaion for 2 minutes with your colleouge or else if the manager will see it, they will start scolding you as you have wasted 2 hours of them. 1 no value for the employee. The manager never trusts the employee. Growth is very slow. So much pressurized environment. There are no good leads and they will pressurize you to complete their targets. 2 hours of morning meet and then late sittings. Employee have to report at 8.30 and they usually leave by 9pm. If you are ready to work under a pressurized environment where the manager and tl makes you work like a robot, surely join. Not a good place for the one who are a free bird because once you report in the morning you dont even knoe when you gonnna reach at home....Read More

I was and advisor executive in pms where i uded to deal with hni clients. I left it because there was no understanding from the managers and tl side as they dont provide us good leads and tells us to complete the target any how no matter what.

Motilal Oswal is worst place to work for fresher, horrible place . Pros- Provides good knowledge towards market. Cons- 1 The pressure directly come from upper to upper management... hierarchy is worst. 2 Management only talk about one thing, that is target , manager has very narrow mind and doesn't allow to any one grow or allow to give their opinion. 3 . They just make you work on saturday and give you false commitment. Personally the environment is very stressful, and my personal experience was very horrible....Read More
