Good learning experience. A person can do multiple tasks. They can get exposure to various departments & processes. Trainings are provided to update your skills & overcome your weaknesses.

Dislikes

People are more interested in gossips rather than focusing on work. Some employees are over burdened while some leave early. Team Spirit is not seen. neither do early leaving employees take up task of over burdened employees nor their managers take interest in proper restructuring of work allocation.

The organization is very pro active and have managed very well during tough times like COVID . They also take care of its employees .

There is no dislike as such . There are lot of emphasis on BE MORE and overall wellbeing of employees . We have gym room for physical health of employee , we also offer watches to see fitness of employee . We can have some counsellor on visiting basis for emotional health of employees .

Diwali is the big festival for all of us but here we only get small piece of sweet, this is the thing which we do not like. In most of the companies gets Diwali gifts and sweet box but here only a piece of Sweet.
