Work culture, comfortable job, no tension, no extra work load, smooth working.. Etc.

Dislikes

Slow process of everything, always follow TAT, no consider for any urgency of work, like bank updation, segment activation, brokerage modifications, fund clerance, everything is slow process.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
