While comparing with other companies in this industry I think Motilal Oswal is not a good place to work with. But if are fresher or beginner than there’s a lot to learn and this company will help you to work in hard circumstances and will make u a professional. But not a life long company.

Job security is 0. Lots of politics. Many manager at higher level need buttering. No relaxation time here as cos whatever you do it’s just pea nuts for your manager and worst thing is that 75 percent of employees have less than one year experience. So not a life long company. And jaipur office is not at all good for a experienced and professional candidates, only few managers are cooking their job here by killing RM and executives....Read More
