Please don't join. They will make you do maintainance work because they don't have a devops team. No good technology. Too much office politics. You will have to do buttering. No value for your time.

Extreme favoritism, biasness and politics. Managers not discussing career path, regular 1:1s, lacks of KPIs to track performance and judging individuals on the basis of peers' feedback, lack of guidance from the leadership team and poor training mechanism

Some teams have a good learning environment.

Do not ever join Corporate Workplace Technology department. It's headed by a fool and run by psychology ill leaders. They spend their time playing psycho games instead of working. Nobody in that department has any clue where this department is headed.

Lots of micro management, politics, toxic work environment. Managers always love highlighting people(who are just stealing some other developer's hard work credit). this manager's higher management is also influencing him to do so. No respect to non officers post.

Love the USA culture working conditions and especially like the fact that opportunities are given to one and all Appreciations in the form of awards are highly motivating. Stays upto its brand name. Proud to be a Morgan Stanley family

Less of work life balance. Also professional judgements are done basis personal life experiences.

Too much beurocracy. Poor management who have no vision and do not understand what they are actually doing. Top down culture. Too much politics. If you are someone who really wants to do stuff, please stay away from this company.
