I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC.
After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me?
JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him.
