1. Employee friendly organization 2. No firing in COVID timing 3. Extremely talented and helpful colleagues 4. Work life balance depends on team and projects

Dislikes

1. Outdated tech stack. Don't expect you will be working on latest technologies. 2. Laterals kindly don't expect much hike if you don't have a counter offer or your previous company's compensation is not good.
