Dislike list is quite big. I was interviewed for Lead Analyst but was given job of Senior Research Analyst. I assumed may be i will be promoted in the near term. Clearly, there is no transparency in job delegation and duties allocation. SRA cannot do quality checks for research analysts but, research analyst can do the same for their position. I maintained everything in black and white. Even having work 5 times more than the other like working on 85 queries i get questioned by a person who did 10 queries and took 15days leave just to prepare interview for other company which entire team including team lead is aware of. Some ladies wear almost micro minis almost beach wear, definitely far from the definition from the casual wear and there is no say. I had two complaints from associates who dint will to improve the quality of reports and this was again shooted back at me. It is quite evident in the office if i have mentioned something wrong. Flexibility in work, and good life balance. Work environment is also good. Office politics is very less as most of the things have been changed with transparency. The plus point is good growth in the company and work culture. Team was good.

Dislikes

Company is early growth stage, so there will be changes with time. I hope for the best and positive outcomes in future. Sometimes employee can feel less work satisfaction, one who cares for their work. Everything else was good and has changed a lot in positive way in last 2 years.
