This company is the perfect example of everything that’s wrong with a workplace. In just 20 days, I experienced an overwhelming level of mental abuse that was openly ignored by those in charge. Instead of addressing the clear and toxic environment, the HR department and operations team lead astonishingly decided that I was the problem. According to them, my behavior was the cause of the abuse, as if I somehow provoked it. Rather than handle the situation with any professionalism, they took the cowardly route and fired me over a casual WhatsApp call. No formal meeting, no proper discussion—just a hasty, unprofessional dismissal, showing how little respect they have for their employees. The entire company seems to operate in chaos, relying on WhatsApp and Zoom for nearly everything. There are no proper systems or organizational processes in place, making the whole operation feel like it’s being run on a shoestring. It's no wonder people don’t stick around—most employees can’t last more than a year because the environment is so chaotic and stressful. The old managers have seemingly dug themselves into permanent positions, holding onto their roles with no intention of improving the workplace. Meanwhile, new employees are treated like disposable toys, thrown around with no care or concern for their well-being or career development. The company is so clueless and poorly managed that if it shut down tomorrow, it wouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. It’s a place where incompetence and mismanagement thrive, and where employees are left to fend for themselves. The stress they put me under was so severe that I had no choice but to seek help from a psychiatrist and psychologist. Both professionals saw the situation for what it was—an utter joke of a workplace that shouldn’t be allowed to operate. What’s truly shocking is how this company is still running in the modern era. It lacks the basic principles of professionalism, respect, and organization. No one should have to endure the level of mental strain and disrespect this company subjects its employees to.
