No PL,CL,SL. No one have proper process information. No hygiene practices follows . No proper schedule if have work load stay without overtime. Labour management is main issue no one stand in company, even labour contractor have more power than production supervisor. Heads are do only one thing is best putting fine on employees fordoing some mistakes they want only efficient staff without training. No one stay in company more than 6 month this history. Owner and his wife involvement in firm more than factory manager.labour contractor and his labour are too arrogant if you have experienced go for Better choice. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
