No PL,CL,SL. No one have proper process information. No hygiene practices follows . No proper schedule if have work load stay without overtime. Labour management is main issue no one stand in company, even labour contractor have more power than production supervisor. Heads are do only one thing is best putting fine on employees fordoing some mistakes they want only efficient staff without training. No one stay in company more than 6 month this history. Owner and his wife involvement in firm more than factory manager.labour contractor and his labour are too arrogant if you have experienced go for Better choice.
