There’s no job security in your probation. You can get terminated if you don’t achieve your targets . After confirmation you still have to perform well but chance of termination post confirmation is basically low still there’s no security if you don’t perform decently . If you perform average and above in business this job is extremely superb for you

There is a heavy workload of getting policies and sales which is very tough to get popicies on dailg basis to achieve target.

Nothing only while writing appriasal reports there has to be check from higher authority particularly if person is due for promotion in the higher cadre from DM and above.
