Since LIC job is directly connected to mass people of India and abroad,i felt highly satisfied when a policy holders used to appreciate me smilingly for my proper service rendered to them.it is the best recommendation rather reward of my performance.actually their satisfaction acted on me as great motivator to do much better always.

Since it is a Public Sector Undertaking,the guaranteed job security amongst a section of staff especially who are attached to trade unions capitalize this advantage.sometimes for their any poor performance or breach of office decorum it becomes very difficult to take any disciplinary action specially as as Admin.Officer like me due to undue intervention of trade unions leaders.Another salient drawback is sometimes I found that some lack proper evaluation of performance of sincere staff despite their best output due strained personal relationship of reporting higher officer who deliberately can damage the performance records to fulfill of own personal grudge.This system should be reformed by imposing proper penal action against such malafide assessment of any deserving staff suitable for promotion....Read More

No office job, no fixed timings to sign in office, lot of scope to earn other than salary if worked appropriately, we are allowed to work in our own way i.e we can choose to do field job or digital marketing, once the work is done before time we can take leave for many days altogether.

Not much salary increment according to the profile, high targets, no proper path way given to achieve targets, no confirmation till we achieve targets, no other benefits like food coupons, travel expenses, quarters till we get confirmed.
