Good environment for work . Every employee has cooperative in nature they were very helpful.

Dislikes

Being an Insurance Agent it's been long away.Its difficult to sell an Insurance policy.And too much pressure of Target 🎯. Ok but not useful for permanent job you can work as part time job as there.Only senior management and marketing department get salary.

Very hopeless postings . No human angle even for people suffering from critical diseases. Hope less middle management. It is good at bottom and top levels and the middle management is turning down the picture with no rationality, rigid and employee unfriendly attitude.

LIC is not an good employer , they recruit younger and terminates them even without mentioning reason . The person who has power are enjoying public money in the name of gift card meetings in 5 star hotel , trips etc . Poor public shouting for their money back but lic not refunding public money.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

There are 4 tire job structures. Class 1 officers in the field of both administration and sales. Then class 2 officers in the field of absolute sales and marketing. Then there are class 3 and class 4 employees in the field of administration. Job is secured in the above all categories except class 2 officers.
