Its better to work at a service based company rather at monetize, there is no culture, there is just some people sitting on top who will never appreciate any constructive criticism, the company is not for anyone young talented or even a person, the company should be run by robots with some top level people commanding them. The company never values people and have a hire and fire policy, I never recommend anyone to join this company better stay unemployed at least you will have peace of mind then look for another job...Read More

The work culture is absolutely toxic and there is no regard of any inputs from the employees. Absolutely 0 communication from top management where the decision making is completely unilateral. Without substantial changes employees cannot expect a supportive work environment.
