At start you will get to learn basic of IB sector that to you have read and understand it on your own. Colleagues are good.

Dislikes

As such many, There is no work life balance you will be tottered for completion of work. MD himself keeps watch on you continuously even you cannot talk to other employee. Unnecessary work load. Daily new rules applied. without your concern rules are being changed very less yearly leaves. Long Working hours all days only work ,even when it not required. Expectations very high. No Appreciation but definitely you will have to listen a lot if any mistake. Employee strenght is very very low. Low employee retention rate is there. Employees are not treated properly. No hard work is appreciated. No work life balance. Lots of politics is there and the main person behind it is the MD itself. He harass the employees mentally and torture them. Please don't apply for jobs over here. Lots of toxic environment is there. They don't provide leaves to employees no moral support is there. If you ask for leave then they will ask 100 questions and evn cross check the details you mention them for leave reason. Unrealistic expectations are there. And unnecessary work pressure they will put on you.. no real transactions are happening over here. Waste of time and no career growth....Read More

A wonderful workplace for learning from scratch and understanding the process of equity fundraising/M&A transaction with exposure at each level. Colleagues are helpful and supportive. Salary hike is good.

Dislikes

Management is not very supportive and rude at times which discourages one to ask and resolve queries. Long working hours and no work life balance.
