Nothing to like anything. Not having a defined process. Even processes are there but Company has many excuses to not follow the same. Except for time Salary, nothing is good.

Politics are running on a very high level. During a time of 2 & a half years of the job not seen my manager or anyone from the management team who can visit and try to understand the Employee working at the Hyderabad client location. Not getting proper responses from HR. Once you join, HR will stop answering your call. The appraisalprocess is very worst and slow. You will get an appraisal or not that is even a secret and in the end moment, you will get surprises. You will get a call from the manager at any time to work on the issue. But you will not get any appreciation from the manager for the same. No other allowances, even if you get & claim for it, it will take 3-4 months to get approval and credited the amount. Only good thing about Moksa technologies is learning and if team is good then team work I can say.

Dislikes

Management is Terriable even primary school having batter management. Exit procedure is too bad , even on FNF peoples are waiting from 1 year and still waiting for that and Higher management is also sitting like an ideal. Even in critical situation like COVID forced from them to come to the office without any reason.

1- need to work on Management 2- need to reengineering of IT Infrastructure 3- Need to listen employee by HR 4- No allowance for shift , should be there 5- No benefits except Medical policy
