Work culture is the biggest positive for me. Work timings are flexible as long as work is getting completed. We have regular fun events, celebrations and dinners to maintain a stress free environment. There is no management hierarchy. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions if there is any doubt. The team manager has been flexible and accommodates my exceptions whenever I have requested for it. So I have no complaints.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
